It has been a week of major inspiration, and we are swooning over the Best Hair of Paris Couture Fashion Week. There is never really a dull moment at fashions weeks around the globe, but this week has been especially relevant.
Come along with us on this visual journey that will stimulate your creative senses. Photo Source: @Chanelofficial
Chanel
First up is Chanel. The Chanel show always seems to have this soft, classic, beauty, where the less is more approach just seems to work. This season it was no different. We are loving the emphasis on a strong side part, with a smooth and straight finish.

One of our favorites from the show, was the addition of these matching hats and garments. The hats paired with the deep side parts and and smooth finish added just the right touch. Simple elegance is always the vibe at Chanel.
Dior
Our next Best Hair Of Paris Couture Fashion Week was the Dior show. Everything about this show was stellar. First and foremost, we loved the outdoors setting. It felt very dreamy. Paired perfectly with the setting and the garments, was the super flowy and soft hair created by the always amazing @guidopalau. How perfect are these head pieces? We fell in love with this touch. Our Iles Formula Finishing Serum is perfect for dressing this whimsical hair texture.

Maison Margiela
Next, is the iconic Avant Garde fashion house Maison Margiela with the collection from John Galliano. We love the the shape created where the hair and head seems smaller in proportion to the larger than life garments. Also quite appealing are the extra details to the hair made from different materials, ribbon, plastic and other very cool material.

Schiaparelli
Sometimes less is more, and that is one of our favorites parts about the hair for the Schiaparelli show. The garments make such a strong statement, that it only makes sense that the hair be simplified. However, it totally works. If the strong middle part with straight hair isn’t enough, then adding the simple black ribbon like accessory definitely was it. Were also loving addition of a few edgier hairstyles.
Armani Prive
Yet another Best Hair Of Paris Couture Fashion Week is that of Armani Prive. We are noticing a trend of less is more this season and it is working. Soft and simple, with a twist in the back. We love how each of the hairstyles are slightly different than the next, but yet they all compliment each other perfectly. Bravo to hair stylist @rudilewis for such beautiful work. What a great idea to make your typical ponytail more interesting. Photos: Rudi Lewis
Viktor & Rolf
We can’t forget Viktor & Rolf for our Best Hair of Paris Couture Fashion Week. We absolutely fell in love with the beautiful waves created, and how they rested on the neck line of the garments. What a lovely hair story. Even the hairstyles that were more demonstrative of haircuts, still had a beautiful story to tell. Have a peek at some of our favorites from the show. Iris Van Herpen
Our final Best Hair of Paris Couture Fashion Week is Iris Van Herpen. We love how the hair pushes the boundaries. As you can see its quite different than the simple looks of the previous shows. However, it works, its very edgy, while maintaining beauty, which is what we love at Iles Formula. Detachable fringes, that are purposefully cut into a V, makes this one of our faves. We love that the designer put incredible thought and creativity into the runway, mixed with the garments, and finally the hair and makeup. We can’t stop looking at it.
