What makes you happy?
Going out, enjoying good food, shopping for fresh products at the market, and cooking with friends. Also, the fresh and energetic feeling after a hard workout or traveling with my boyfriend as well as discovering new cultures and places make me super happy!
What inspires you?
I am inspired by people who are different than me because you can learn so much from the other person.
Your 3 favorite places? (Locations, Restaurants etc.)
One of my favorite places is the restaurant ‘Küchenfreunde’ in the Grindelviertel in Hamburg. Of course Salzburg, my hometown, and especially the beautiful lakes there (my absolute favorite is the Fuschlsee). Barcelona and Paris are my favorite cities that I always enjoy visiting!
What do you love about being a model?
Definitely the variety! With every job I meet new people that are super inspiring. Additionally, the different places I get to discover through modeling and the inspiring interior in hotels as well as shooting locations. Basically, every job is an exciting new challenge due to the different clients that I have to adjust to!
What is your dream job other than modeling?
I am very happy with modeling! Before that, I studied graphic design, which I still like to do at some point in the future. For a really long time, I wanted to become a photographer, however, I always have a lot of creative people around me who have a much better eye for nice pictures. One thing is for sure, if I ever have more time besides modeling, I will definitely go in a direction where I can express myself creatively.
What is your secret against Jetlag?
There are lots of tips and tricks on the internet. Actually, I have read them all (laughs). The tip that works for me the most is to stay awake late so that you can sleep at the time of your arrival and then get up early at the new time.
How does your daily nutrition and fitness routine look like? Take us through a typical day of you.
In the morning, I always make myself a vegan yogurt with muesli, nuts, and fruit. Unfortunately, morning sports is not my thing, which is why I often do sports in the evening, as my circulation is simply better and I am much more efficient. For lunch, I always have something that I crave and in the evening I like to eat something light, like soups in winter.
What are your plans for the summer?
I always look forward to spending time with my family and friends in Salzburg. It always feels like a holiday as we are enjoying our time at the lake, swimming, and laying in the sun. My boyfriend and I have already visited friends of ours in Rhodes who are opening a beautiful new hotel there. I also can’t wait until my holiday trip with my boyfriend, my sister, and her boyfriend!
What connects you and your home country Austria?
Of course, my family and friends, but also the nature. I grew up in the countryside and now I live in the city so I’m always extremely happy to be home. Just the thought of hiking in the mountains, jumping into my favorite lake (Fuschlsee) or skiing in winter makes me miss home.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Honestly, I have no idea. Life has already proven to me so many times that everything turns out differently than you have expected. I have some ideas, of course, but I try to stay open to every possibility.
A special moment in your life that you always like to remember?
I had a subject I really hated at my A-levels: Accounting. When a friend of mine who felt the same way and I finally passed this exam, we threw cake in each other’s faces (laughs). We were so happy and so relieved!
How would you describe your relationship with your hair?
(laughs) Very good! I love my hair and I think it likes me too (smiles). I also take care of my hair with dedication.
How did you become aware of IF?
About 3 years ago, a hairstylist at a modeling job recommended ILES FORMULA to me and since then I can’t live without the products – or rather my hair. My hair is under a lot of strain, especially on shoots, and there’s nothing better for that than the products from ILES FORMULA.
Your favorite ILES FORMULA product?
It’s definitely the Finishing Serum for me. I apply it to my hair after showering and on top of that every time before a job for extra protection from hot styling tools, humidity, and UV rays.
A beauty tip you’d like to share with us today? Who did you get it from or how did you come up with it?
A facial massage or lymphatic drainage with a jade stone. This was recommended to me by my Beautician in Hamburg and I swear by it. Puffy facial areas are gone after the treatment. In general, if you have skin problems, you should go to a professional Beautician besides drinking a lot of water.
What is your hair care routine?
I always use the ILES FORMULA 3-step system, which consists of the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Finishing Serum. The Shampoo is super nice for the scalp, which is essential for me because my hair gets washed a lot due to my modeling jobs. That can make the scalp really dry. The Conditioner repairs and strengthens the hair. I always carry it in my hand luggage when I travel. The Finishing Serum is my lifesaver because the hair is super protected and shiny without weighing it down. This is also important for the hairstylists at shooting sets as they like to work with light hair that holds its shape.
What is your favorite way to style your hair?
My Everyday Look is really natural. Just before my hair is completely dry after washing it, I tie it in a knot and fix everything with a pin. When I open it after it’s dry the result is a slight wave. Otherwise, I like to style my hair with a straightening iron and create messy beach waves.
What is your favorite beauty product?
At the moment my day cream. The Hydramemory Cream by Comfort Zone.
What does beauty mean to you?
I think beauty is something so relative and it is perceived by everyone individually. Especially because of my job as a model, where you are constantly confronted with the question ‘Who and what is actually beautiful’, I have to say it’s mostly the charisma that makes me perceive people as beautiful.
