How long will it take to get your order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Iles Formula does not guarantee that all methods will be available to all addresses.
International orders will be shipped economy/ count 3-5 business days for delivery. If faster shipping is required please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for quotation. Our shipping cost does not include import duties. Our customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. You may expect to receive this email within the one to two business day timeframe. The email will contain the details of your shipment.
Order modifications may be made if your order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by calling our customer service at 1 888 883 9060 or emailing us.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and informed of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 1 888 883 9060 or emailing us.
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. We will notify you of the status of your pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Collect of sales tax?
Due to state tax laws, we are required to collect state sales tax in New York, where our company is based.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the original date of purchase. Product must be unused or lightly used, we will not issue a refund on an empty bottle. If you would like to make a return, send an email to email@example.com with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Please include your order number in the body of the email. We will reply with instructions and a return authorization number. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days, and no packages will be accepted without a return authorization number.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Only items purchased from iles formula.com must be returned to ilesformula.com. If you purchase our products through a retailer shop, you must return it to the original point of purchase.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment, less shipping & handling fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
