Silky Curl is the new trend, no more crackly and crunchy frizzy hair! Curl Power quickly became a favorite hashtag last year, but is moving into an even better curl zone than ever before. #CurlPower is just one of many hair truths we live by. Here are more of our favorites featuring the first from W Magazine.
The best way to achieve Silky Curl: Don’t use styling product girls, use instead this jewel of a product our Iles Formula Finishing Serum (read the reviews while you are there) it’s made from raw silk. It will transform your frizz into beautifully formed silky curls.
A Few Rules To Go By:
1/ After shampooing apply conditioner, be sure to comb this through your hair then rinse.
2/ Remove excess moisture by towel blotting hair very gently not to disturb the curl too much.
3/ Apply Finishing Serum all over the hair starting by mid-length to ends and then combing through with large tooth comb. The comb will apply to root areas what’s needed unless you have very very curly hair, then apply liberally all over.
4/ Knead curls in hands to form them well then don’t touch hair again until dry.
5/ If your curls need some extra love, check out this post for a hair mask that will completely transform your hair instantly into Silky Curls by clicking HERE.
It’s as easy as this!

Do’s and Don’ts
Curls spring up after drying, allow for this when cutting.
Leaving hair more one length adds weight to the curl which often brings a more controlled curl even transforming unruly curls to waves.
If you have loose curls a fringe will work, if curl is strong avoid it.
Loose curl is the perfect curl for adding lots of loose textured layers around the face and shoulders.
