IF : Relationship with your hair ?

MK : I have pretty good hair, I grew up in a hair salon so I know how to manage it and make it work for me.

IF : Best Hair Inspiration decade ?

MK : 1970s for sure, Farrah Fawcett !

IF : How did you hear about Iles Formula ?

I was sent some product to trial and then I spotted it in my Dad’s office in his salon in Beverly Hills. I used it and fell madly in love.

IF : What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job ?

MK : Gosh that hair and make-up can be changed and should never stay the same … that we work with a medium that allows for creativity and self expression.

IF : Do you read direction for use ?

MK : I never read direction for use ...

IF : Do you read the composition of a product ?

MK : I don’t because my business partner was the beauty director of British Vogue and she does and tells me what’s in it ...

IF : Your favorite Iles Formula product ?

MK : The conditioner is superb for my hair. It is thick and color treated and it makes it look and feel like silk.

IF : Your favorite shower dance ?

MK : I am more of a shower singer.

IF : What makes you the most happy ?

MK : Sunday mornings and laying in bed until midday.

IF : If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be ?

MK : Make sure to coat the top of your upper lashes with mascara, especially if they are short. I often find it looks odd to see the under side layered with mascara but nothing on the top side.

IF : Being a woman in 2016 ?

MK : Multi-tasking, crystal juggling, super human, mega-mum ….

IF : Thank you Millie.
