I take great care of it, and am currently doing all I can to grow it down to my waist!

The Nineties. I love the bouncy blowdry/Versace vibes of the supermodels.

How did you hear about Iles Formula?

I attended a launch event at Harrods and am now a complete convert! Amazing hair care is essential for strong, beautiful hair, and I love these formulas.

What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job?

I've learned that if you're creative and work incredibly hard, with dedication, there is very little that will stand in your way to success.

Do you read direction for use?

Yes! I find the science and detail behind products really interesting, and always want to make the most of my beauty investments.

Do you read the composition of a product?

Yes - although I must admit I am still learning.

Your favorite Iles Formula product?

I love the Haute Performance Conditioner. I lather it on, as it’s amazing for hydration and reducing breakage.

Your favorite shower dance?

Well I don't dance in the shower but maybe I need to start!

What makes you the most happy?

When I feel on top of my to-do list, and have enough head space to really enjoy my time with friends and family.

If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be?

Great skincare! I have really applied myself to my skincare regimen over the past twelve months, and really do see improvements. I love micro-needling as a professional treatment, and get mine done at home with Ruuby.

Being a woman in 2019?

The world is your oyster! I feel that opportunities are opening up, and we have so many more women in positions of power and influence, which is a great place to be.

If you didn’t do the job you do now, what do you think you would be doing?

I honestly have no idea. Ruuby is my life and my passion, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Which celebrities do you think are wearing great hair at the moment and why?

I always love Diane Kruger's approach to hair. She is very creative with hairstyles and always looks chic.
