The E-Commerce Manager is a home office based role. This new position reports to the COO and works in conjunction with external teams to execute digital strategies to build on and accelerate the growth of this fast growing sales channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Work with developers to improve website performance.
- Work with the digital marketing teams to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Work with Netsuite team to ensure coordination of logistics.
- Management of B2C customer service.
- Management of email marketing channel (Klaviyo fluency required).
- Day-to-day management of our international website expansion projects.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
- Analyse data in order to deliver data driven strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Oversee digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
- Admin support.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE + EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display + Affiliate Channels.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo email and SMS marketing (Strong written communication skills required).
- Understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics.

JOB SUMMARY
The Northeast US Salon Sales Manager is a field-sales, home office based, business development position; responsible for working directly with existing salons / spa partners and developing new salon / spa partner accounts. This position reports to and works in conjunction with the Department Manager to create and execute relevant sell-in and sell-through strategies, business development strategies and trainings, business consultation, sales and retail promotions, new product market launches, coordinating and planning education / launch events, and strong relationship management with salon / spa partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create powerful, trusting relationships with current and new salon / spa partners and relevant inter-company departments: including but not limited to sales, finance, education, and marketing.
- Service and support of existing customers and “robust” new salon / spa development.
- Growing sales and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with Department Manager to determine and support sell-in and sell-through strategies for existing and new products.
- Report up via weekly touch base to Department Manager.
- Promote, plan, coordinate and execution of business development and in-salon educational events.
- Provide and conduct product training to all current and new customers.
- Attend all company provided meetings and trainings.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of each/all brand products and programs.
- Overnight travel up to 15 days per month.
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must be based in NY, NJ, CT, MA, NH, RI, VT, ME, PA, WV, DC, DE, MD or VA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales management experience within the haircare and / or professional salon / spa products.
- Excellent organizational / time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and training skills
- Highly adaptive with strong coping skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable and effective in working with marketing and education departments
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams and individuals

COMPENSATION
Base Salary and Aggressive Bonus opportunities, commensurate based on experience.
