DIRECTION FOR USE

Shake well before use. Spray on scalp and roots.
Massage to absorb sebum and product buildup. Do not rinse.
Blow dry roots freestyle in the opposite direction to hair growth.
Brush through and re-style as normal.
Use as required between washes.

Yes! Like all our formulas, the Rinseless Root Refresh is suitable for all ages + hair types.

Can I use Rinseless Root Refresh with extensions?
Absolutely! In fact, as many extension wearers tend to wash their hair less frequently, this formula was created with these users very much in mind.

How does Rinseless Root Refresh compare to traditional dry shampoo?
The Rinseless Root Refresh is a liquid formula that refreshes and deodorises the scalp and hair when blow dried freestyle after application. Unlike many traditional dry shampoos, it is benzene free, does not leave any chalky or flakey residue on the hair or scalp and doesn’t disrupt the microbiome of the scalp.

Can I use Rinseless Root Refresh on clean hair or is it just for oily hair?
The formula is predominantly designed to absorb excess sebum on the scalp. However, when used on the strands of clean hair and dried naturally it will deliver a beautiful salt water texture to the hair.

How often can I use Rinseless Root Refresh?
The Rinseless Root Refresh is safe for daily use. However, it is not an alternative to traditional Shampoo. Therefore, we recommend at the very least a weekly Shampoo.

I am using Scalp + Hair Rejuvenating Booster, will Rinseless Root Refresh interfere with the results?
Whilst both formulas can be used together, the Scalp + Hair Rejuvenating Booster is most efficacious on a clean scalp to ensure maximum absorption of the formula into the dermis. Therefore, if using both on the days in between hair wash we recommend first applying the Scalp + Hair Rejuvenating Booster and allowing this to absorb. Thereafter, apply the Rinseless Root Refresh.

I am using Grey Delay Booster, will Rinseless Root Refresh interfere with the results?
As above. Whilst both formulas can be used together, the Grey Delay Booster is most efficacious on a clean scalp to ensure maximum absorption of the formula into the dermis. Therefore, if using both on the days in between hair wash we recommend first applying the Grey Delay Booster and allowing this to absorb. Thereafter, apply the Rinseless Root Refresh.

Is Rinseless Root Refresh safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! Like all our formulas, it is totally safe on color-treated hair.

What benefits does Rinseless Root Refresh provide besides refreshing the roots?
The Rinseless Root Refresh refreshes and deodorises the scalp and hair, whilst delivering great root volume. When sprayed on mid-lengths and ends and allowed to dry naturally, it also delivers a sea water beach wave texture.

Will Rinseless Root Refresh leave any white residue in my hair?
Not at all. Even on the darkest of hair, the formula does not leave any white residue on the hair.

How long does the effect of Rinseless Root Refresh last?
When used per the direction for use, the effect of this formula will last for 2 – 3 days. Excessive sweat or hot / humid climates will shorten the effect.

Can I use Rinseless Root Refresh if I have sensitive scalp or skin?
Yes. The formula supports a healthy scalp microbiome and shares some key ingredients with our other formulas which are all formulated for sensitive scalps and skin.

    First root refresh product I like

    I have used multiple quality name brand products. This one blows the all out of the water. I initially thought this would be a fail. It has a watery texture. I brush out my hair first, mist the roots, and refresh with a round brush and hair dryer. I have curly hair, and this helps with keeping the straightened look smooth and frizz free. It helps with product build up and has a pleasant scent.

    I liked it!

    I ordered this product for the first time. I appreciated that it’s plant‑based, free of talc, and doesn’t leave any whitish residue on the scalp that needs to be brushed out. It works: it eliminates oiliness and adds texture. And it smells wonderful, just like all the products in the line.
