Shipping + Returns
How long will it take to receive your order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days (excluding shipping time), however during peak holiday periods, please allow up to 4 business days. Orders placed on a weekend (Standard or Next Day Delivery) will be processed the next business day. Iles Formula does not guarantee that all delivery methods will be available to all addresses.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery (3-7 business days) – $7 / Free on orders over $80 (US only)
Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends) – $36*
*Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped Next Day Delivery on the next business day.
*Next Day Shipping is not available on orders to PO boxes.
International Orders
At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on this so please check back in soon! Or alternatively view the Find Us section to see our international points of sale.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. The email will contain the details of your shipment.
Order Modifications
Order modifications may be made if your order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by calling our customer service at 1 888 883 9060 or emailing us.
Backorder
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and informed of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 1 888 883 9060 or emailing us.
Pre-Sale Items
Pre-sale items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. We will notify you of the status of your pre-sale item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Collection of Sales Tax?
Due to state tax laws, we are required to collect state sales tax in New York, California, Florida, Arizona, Indiana and Texas where our company currently operates.
Returns
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the original date of purchase. Product must be unused or lightly used, we will not issue a refund on an empty bottle. If you would like to make a return, send an email to customerservice@ilesformula.com with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Please include your order number in the body of the email. We will reply with instructions and a return authorization number. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days, and no packages will be accepted without a return authorization number.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Only items purchased from ilesformula.com may be returned to ilesformula.com. If you purchase our products through any of our retail or salon partners, you must return it to the original point of purchase. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Refunds
You will be refunded to your original form of payment, less shipping & handling fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
