How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Southern California (excluding shipping time).
Orders placed after 12.30pm PST, or on a weekend (Standard or Next Day Delivery) will be processed the next business day.
During peak holiday periods, please allow up to 4 business days.
Iles Formula does not guarantee that all delivery methods will be available to all addresses.
Standard Delivery (3-7 business days) – $7 / Free on orders over $50 (US only)
Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends) – $36*
*Orders placed after 12.30pm PST, or on a weekend will be shipped Next Day Delivery on the next business day.
*Next Day Shipping is not available on orders to PO boxes.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on this so please check back in soon! Or alternatively view the Find Us section to see our international points of sale.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the address linked to your account. The email will contain the details of your shipment.
Modifications may be made if your order has not yet been released for shipment. Where possible, adjustments to orders in process may be accommodated by calling our customer service at 1 888 883 9060 or email us.
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and informed of the expected ship date of the backordered item. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 1 888 883 9060 or email us.
Pre-sale items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. We will notify you of the status of your pre-sale item via email updates. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Collection of Sales Tax:
Due to state tax laws, we are required to collect state sales tax in New York, California, Florida, Arizona and Indiana where our company currently operates.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Product must be unused or lightly used. We will not issue refunds on empty bottles.
If you would like to make a return, send an email to with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Please include your order number in the body of the email. We will reply with instructions and a return authorization number.
No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days, and no packages will be accepted without a return authorization number.
For your protection, please arrange returns via an insured and trackable method in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Only items purchased from ilesformula.com may be returned to us. If your purchase was made via any of our retail or salon partners, the return must be processed via the original point of purchase. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Refunds will be made to your original form of payment, less shipping & handling fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
