Apply to very wet hair. Add more water while massaging, not more product. Water is the key to activating an indulgent lather – an abundance of lather indicates correct usage of the shampoo.
In the case of hair breakage, we recommend a two-step cleanse. First shampoo with our Hard Water Shampoo, followed by a second shampoo using our signature Shampoo which is clinically proven to stop hair breakage when used together with our signature Conditioner.
Repeat if required. For very damaged or broken hair, we advise a third shampoo.

Yes. Our shampoo is sulfate free, however, it delivers an abundance of lather due to a root extract we use instead of sulfates. The secret to our shampoo is to add more water while massaging, not more product. The root extract buffs over damaged porosity bars on the hair shaft (particularly common in colored hair) so be sure to use it on the ends of the hair which need this nurture the most.

Iles Formula is most effective when used without other styling products like mousse or hairspray, as they may diminish the lustrous, sumptuous results our formulas provide. Normally this should not create a problem. However, as there are healing qualities in our Shampoo, please try the first shampoo without the pigment additive and add it to the second shampoo.
