Your body is going through a lot of changes, so it's not really surprising that you may need to make some changes to your sleep space.
Be kind to yourself and adjust according to your needs. What suits one expectant mother may not be the answer to another – go with your instincts – you know your body best.
5. Try New Things with Your Appearance
