Exercising without causing Hair or Skin Damage

Second, as far as stress goes, you could just be putting your body under way too much strain and overdoing it. We’re often told that if we want to see any significant progress when exercising, then we have to push ourselves beyond our limits. Sorry but this does not have to be the case.
You can progress without overdoing it. Over-exercising is actually harmful and this will affect your hair as well. Limit your exercising to four days a week if you can.
Try skipping a day after every workout to give your body some rest. Think smartly of combining high and low-intensity workouts.
