Iles Formula Interview with Agnes Wielgosz
Hi, I’m Agnieszka Wielgosz; (you can call me Agnes). As an artist, painter, photographer, researcher, and now a producer and founder at CEI Collective, I have spent the entire twenty years of my career telling other people’s stories.
So, how did everything start?
Through personal struggle, I learned a holistic approach to my health and overall well-being. I was (and continue to be) fascinated by how the brain works, why we do what we do, how we make decisions and what really motivates us.
I also found a way, quite early, to express myself through painting. Creating art was my soul’s medicine to make space to feel and heal my emotions. As one holistic modality led to another, so did one visual medium to another, and I found myself storytelling through video. Today I am combining my passion for wellness and visual storytelling in CEI Collective. My company represents my heart. It is all about making a difference for me.
CEI Collective is a media company that produces videos for holistic health and wellness practitioners with the goal to connect, educate and inspire people around the world to look beyond just the modern medicine.
Because when we activate new stories, we transform people to new points of view and change meaning and behaviour. In that way, we can change the future for the next generation and teach them how to advocate for their own physical and mental wellbeing.

What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job?
Professionally, I’m inspired by all of my clients’ stories. Stories about how they overcame their health challenges. I’m inspired by their years of commitment and their body of work. I love seeing the impact they make on people’s lives. It keeps me going, and acts as the kind of “driving force” behind what I’m doing. I’m so thrilled to help them scale their impact and profits through visual storytelling that builds a legacy.
Personally, I feel I’m only just waking up to myself in many ways and leaning into the work I do. I turned 41 this month, and I feel like my best years are yet to come. I encourage everyone to look closely into what your life has been so far and what you could turn into a legacy so powerful that it could live in and create good in the world.
Your favourite destination?
I miss wild nature, wind, and waves—so I’m going to choose Maui.
Best fashion Inspiration decade?
Emilio Pucci era. I love his feminine and free-flowing shapes, with bright colours that really emphasize freedom, self-expression, confidence and presence.
If you were to treat yourself, what would it be?
I would treat myself with Lomilomi massage, and two weeks vacation in Morocco. I would love to wake up in yellowish-orange Marrakech, this would be so igniting to my senses.
Your ultimate dinner party guests?
I would invite my very close friends and my dear soul sisters.
Relationship with your hair?
I try my best to take care of my hair and my scalp, especially since my hair has highlights. It is a dream of many women to have a healthy head of hair. Iles Formula definitely made such a big difference in my hair care.
How did you hear about Iles Formula?
Thanks to our mutual friend, Ian, who introduced us to each other.
Do you read direction for use?
Always.
Do you read the composition of a product?
Yes, I do read both the composition of the product and the ingredients list, because most regular beauty products contain all sorts of dangerous stuff—but natural is a complicated claim and quite hard to prove conclusively.
Your favourite Iles Formula product?
Definitely trio Iles Formula: shampoo, conditioner and finishing serum.
I used to spend too much on quite expensive shampoos, but was not getting the desired results. Iles Formula made a WONDERFUL difference in my hair care. Ah, and I love, loooove the smell.
Your favourite shower dance?
My morning shower is the most relaxing part of the day for me and time to set my daily intention. So I’m in a more meditative state when I’m in the shower. Dance later :)
What makes you the happiest?
What makes me happy is being in control of my happiness every single day. I’ve learned that happiness is a choice I make in every moment.
I’m happy because I’m healthy, and I express myself creatively. I’m happy because today I am combining my passion for wellness and visual storytelling in CEI Collective, I’m contributing to my clients’ successes. Through my work, my CEI platform, I'm living a legacy. I connect, educate and inspire people around the world to look beyond just the modern medicine. I’m so proud I can pass that on to others—especially the next generation—that’s the legacy I'm dreaming of.
If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be?
For me, beauty comes from inside. I can talk about this topic for days. We all know what’s best for us.
One of the most important beauty tips is to cultivate healthy habits daily: healthy eating, healthy mind, vibrant body, healthy relationships, just to name a few. For me, it's all about sustainable wellness.
What is being a woman in 2019?
Being a woman in 2019 represents the power of self-expression, equality and true connection.
What we, all women, have in common is a burning desire to create and make a difference in the world. We share the belief that so much more is possible if we join forces on our journeys.
It’s amazing to witness women being more visible and confident; women speaking their truth, and women campaigning on the need for better health care for all.
