IF: Relationship with your hair?
MM: I spend a lot of time washing it. I feel like blondes show the dirt much more quickly!
IF: Best Hair Inspiration decade?
MM: I loved the hair in the 20's, it was so glamorous and done. I also love hair in the Elizabethan era - not my personal look but it's so dramatic.
IF: How did you hear about Iles Formula?
MM: I've always been a big fan of Heidi Klum. Her hair is always flawless and in great condition and knew that she used Iles Formula products, which is how I first tried them.
IF: What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job?
MM: I'm constantly learning. I think the most inspiring is seeing how amazingly kind and supportive people are and having people who are at the height of their profession make time to teach you something.
IF: Do you read direction for use?
IF: Do you read the composition of a product?
MM: Not really unless I’m really bored while drying my hair.
IF: Your favourite Iles Formula product?
MM: The Haute Performance Finishing Serum for sure.
IF: Your favourite shower dance?
MM: Fleetwood Mac always.
IF: What makes you the most happy?
Being on the beach with my family preferably listening to Fleetwood Mac.
IF: If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be?
MM: Buy a really good moisturiser to keep skin hydrated. It’s the most important thing for me.
IF: Being a woman in 2017?
MM: Empowering and amazing. From the recent marches that have taken place to our new female Prime Minister, girl power is at an all time high.
IF: If you didn’t do the job you do now, what do you think you would be doing?
MM: Baking cakes.
Which celebrities do you think are wearing great hair at the moment and why?
MM: Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Heidi, Gwyneth Paltrow and Lily Aldridge, all with beautiful hair.
