IF : Relation with your hair ?

MJ : Love and hate – depending on how it decides to behave.

IF : Best Hair Inspiration decade ?

MJ: Definitely now – in all former decades it needed a lot of hair spray and curling irons, it was always about really styling your hair. Now, all those things are not necessary because the focus is on having hair that looks healthy and natural.

IF : How did you hear about Iles Formula ?

MJ : I was invited by Wendy Iles to try out her products – and I honestly do not want to live without them anymore.

IF : What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job ?

MJ : Being patient, being too pushy can lead to the opposite outcome of your goals.

IF : Do you read direction for use ?

MJ : I wish I would.

IF : Do you read the composition of a product ?

MJ : Definitely, I care about ingredients and if products are really good from the inside and not just from the outside packaging.

IF : Your favorite Iles Formula product ?

MJ : I have not tried out one of them separately, so for me the combination of all three is my favorite.

IF : Your favorite shower dance ?

MJ : Something not too fast as I am really sleepy in the morning :)

IF : What makes you the most happy ?

MJ : Being with family and friends and not talking about work

IF : If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be ?

MJ : I always had unequal eyebrows – I am just not able to make it right. Now I use waxing strips from Andmetics, they give you the perfect 1/3 shape in 2 seconds. That is a must for women like me.

IF : Last question - Being a woman in 2016 ?

MJ : Is probably the best thing that can happen !
