IF : Your relationship with your hair ?

RF : My hair is very important to me but I tong it a lot so need to make sure I do regular masks and use heat protection to keep it healthy and silky !

IF : Best hair inspiration decade ?


RF : I love the waves and full volume hair of the 60's. If only my hair could have so much volume all the time !

IF : How did you hear about Iles Formula ?


RF : I was introduced by a friend and it's safe to say I am now addicted. I love the consistency of the shampoo and conditioner and it smells amazing too. I am a true convert !

IF : What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job ?


RF : To stay true to myself and believe in what I love. It's hard to stick to your guns and not be distracted but I adore being busy and love working on my blog and jewellery brand so I am fortunate that I have my dream job.

 IF : Do you read directions for use ?


RF : I always do with new products as I want to get the best results.

IF : Do you read the product composition ?


RF : I have a sensitive scalp so I want to make sure that the products are gentle and won't irritate my skin.

IF : Your favorite Iles Formula product ?


RF : The shampoo and conditioner are my absolute favorites.

IF : Your favorite shower dance ?


RF : House music or Kygo remixes to get me lively and awake, ready to take on the day ahead.

IF : What makes you the happiest ?


RF : Being able to spend time with my friends, family and dog Noodle. Sometimes I am so busy that days and weeks go by so fast, so I always like to make plans and have something to look forward to.

IF : If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be ?


RF : It's super simple drink a lot of water. I can instantly see a difference when I have hydrated skin, and it's so important !

IF : Being a woman in 2016 ?


RF : It's an exciting time, but we have to stay strong and strive for what we believe in.
