This week we celebrate Woman. Meet Iles Formula Woman Olivia Callaghan Founder of Plox,  a young entrepreneur who originally began by hosting workshops and parties for children. The idea being to stimulate children’s creativity through arts and crafts instead of sitting them in front of the nearest electronic gadget. Olivia has now taken the business to the next level with PLOX TRAVEL BOXES, a kit designed to be enjoyed anywhere at any time. Relationship with your hair?

I’m lucky with my hair. It normally does what I want it to do and I’ve never used any dyes or tints so it’s in good condition.

What is the most inspiring thing you've learned at your job?

That nothing goes exactly to plan, but it’s kind of ok once you accept that it’s all part of a bigger plan.

Do you read directions for use?

If it’s a product I haven’t used before then yes, but I don’t think there can be too many different ways to use shampoo!

 

Do you read the composition of a product?

Yes to see how much of it is natural.

 

Your favorite Iles Formula product?

The Hair Mask. I feel that every part of your body needs a boost of extra goodness from time to time, and the mask is like a hair version of a face pack before an event.

 

Your favorite shower dance?

It doesn’t really count because it’s in the bath.. But Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.

 

What makes you the most happy?

Waking up on a Saturday without a hangover, and having the whole day to do great things with the people I most want to spend time with that day.

If you were to share one beauty tip with us today, what would it be ?

Never go to bed without taking off your makeup properly. And drink, drink, drink (water!).

I wouldn’t be doing something else.
