✛ Define On Soaking Wet Hair
The single most important rule of curl styling: never apply product to rough towel-dried hair. Curls are formed when wet — and they hold the shape they are given in those first minutes.

After the conditioner has been combed through rinse hair in a downward direction. This is the last time you will disturb the curl. From there, two directions:
