My Favorites For This Week
A whirlwind week that started in London, reconnecting with Heidi Klum and our team. While staying at the Soho Hotel, I discovered their private home cinema with plush chairs covered in cow hide and red leather. It's a cosy little room for house guests where they screen a movie every sunday.
From London, I arrived back in Paris for one day before flying to NY. Always before I catch a flight, I do a walk around my garden. And last week while doing so, I discovered this perfect white Camellia in bloom. I returned 4 days after to find the bush almost covered in these perfect white blooms.
While in NY, I visited "Bar Pitti" in Greenwich Village. It is famous for its pasta dish topped with truffles, delicious ! I will be a regular guest from now on.
My top purchase for this week was a coffee table book named "MEMOS, The Vogue Years". It offers an extraordinary compilation of more than 250 pieces of Diana Vreeland’s personal correspondence when she was editor in chief of Vogue US and shows readers how she became one of the most influential women in the history of fashion.
