Fun and efficiency can work together. That's what happens when the same group of professionals are booked together time and again on campaigns. As time passes we become a team. Director... Read more...
Back in Prague
The past 10 days I've been working in Prague. Thanks to a great team, nice celebrities and a super organized production house the days passed really quickly and every thing went well. I was also happy  to work again with director Claudio Drouguett  after our last job together in Santiago and Alex Koch, our great creative  director.I've been here several times over the years, as its one of the popular locations to shoot commercials in Europe. I thought I knew Prague from the inside out, but Claudio showed me  something I... Read more...

Paris Haute Couture
The latest exposition to be seen at is Paris Haute Couture at the town house. I always admire the work put into haute couture, I especially wanted to see this expo as the dress selected for the Paris poster is that of designer Madeleine  Vionnet.Vionnet was a very famous designer in Paris around the time Coco Chanel was making a name for herself. I feel a certain connection to this lady, although she died way before my time, my french house is in the same small village where she lived,... Read more...
Sculptured Treasures
Haute couture weeks are exciting as there are always good surprises. Here is the shooting I did with Photographer Armin Morbach with the help of Katrin Gerhardy (styling) and Loni Baur (make up). These two dresses are from new young talented designers left  Clarisse Hieraix and right Laura Gargulla.Below you can see some " behind the scenes " images I took on the day of this fashion shoot for Tush Magazine. The Dresses were extraordinary. The bronze colored dress by Iris Van Herpen was extremely heavy and the white dress you... Read more...
Billboard Bliss
I don't know how it feels to see your face enlarged on a billboard or front cover of a magazine, but I  do know how it is to discover your work exposed… it's great!Last week when I arrived in Italy to assist at the Bologna international cosmetic fair COSMOPROF, I had a great surprise, the city was covered with this publicity I did with Philipp Solomon in NY a few years ago . I'm pleased to see that Diego Dalla Palma is still using this beautiful image. It must have... Read more...
Mon Amie la Rose
I've returned from a super week working with another of my favorite directors Pavel Salek. We were in our element thanks to the creatives at Leo Burnett, Hong Kong. They gave a beautiful story board of acres of roses all of  which had to be flown in from the mountains in the North of Thailand. Words can not describe the beauty and the perfume that oozed from all those roses.I'm  a passionate gardener, so for me that set just offered me work days of sheer bliss. Even my hotel room was... Winter Olympics
It was a treat to go to Moscow, such an extraordinary place and unusual destination for a photo shoot. I've always found beauty from eastern europe appealing, the woman generally have great bodies tall and lean, the most spectacular peaches and cream complexions, however in general their hair is very fine and thin. My experience working with many models and celebrities from these regions  is that their best look is the" no hair look", when all the hair is tied away from the face. This of course is acceptable for any... Read more...
